1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 200jl website, mobile platform, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 200jl Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

200jl reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 200jl.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the 200jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 200jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 200jl Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

200jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 200jl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 200jl Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 200jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. 200jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 200jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 200jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 200jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

200jl is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

200jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at 200jl's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 200jl account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 200jl does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. 200jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. 200jl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under review for security or compliance reasons.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 200jl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the 200jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 200jl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 200jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on the 200jl Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

5.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 200jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. 200jl's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

5.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 200jl Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and account tier. 200jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

200jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 200jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 200jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 200jl Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 200jl staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 200jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 200jl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 200jl Platform without the prior written consent of 200jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 200jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

200jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 200jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

200jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

200jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

200jl implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 200jl cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

11. Responsible Gaming

200jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Session Timers: Set time limits on your gaming sessions to help manage your play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

200jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 200jl support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of the 200jl Platform, you must first contact our support team and allow 200jl a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. 200jl aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Game Outcome Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 200jl's server logs shall be the definitive record of the transaction. 200jl's decision on game outcome disputes is final, subject to the internal complaints process described above.

14. Amendments to These Terms

200jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
